Customers are welcome to use their personal assistive devices when visiting us or accessing our services. If your assistive device cannot be accommodated, we will work with you to find an alternative way to serve you.

Service Animals

We welcome customers with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal. Service animals are permitted in all areas of our premises that are open to the public. Our staff are trained on how to interact with customers who rely on service animals.

Support Persons

Customers with disabilities are welcome to bring a support person with them when visiting our facility. There are no restrictions on the presence of support persons in any area of our premises that is open to the public.

Website Accessibility

H&H Wood Products is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to all visitors. We work toward compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA as required under the AODA.
